The analog world of IndyCar racing, where drivers were among the last elite single-seater racers to switch to paddle gear shifting, has jumped forward again for 2025 with an all-new steering wheel. The Dallara chassis now has a wheel that looks closer to a Formula One steering wheel, including a bunch of new buttons and dials linked the hybrid drive system introduced in the second half of 2024.
